Terms of Service

General

1. These Terms of Service govern the use of all services available in the JCPlay system and apply to all Users and any party who submits requests or provides information to JCPlay. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and JCPlay when the User utilizes the system or services on JCPlay.
2. We may change, modify, add, delete, or improve these Terms of Service at any time in line with JCPlay’s development and applicable laws and regulations, with or without prior notice to each User account.

Definitions

Unless otherwise defined, the following terms have the meanings below:

• JCPlay: a platform providing online game voucher top-up services.
• JCPlay System: JCPlay’s official site including affiliates and Third Parties cooperating with JCPlay.
• JCPlay Services: all matters involving reciprocal relations between Users and JCPlay or between Third Parties and JCPlay.
• Terms of Service: a legally binding agreement between the User and JCPlay that sets out rights, obligations, responsibilities of both parties, and procedures for use of the JCPlay system.
• User: a registered or unregistered party who uses the JCPlay system.
• Account: registered user data in the JCPlay system including username, password, phone number, and email address.
• Data and Information: information related to the User that can be identified directly or indirectly, individually or combined with other information, using electronic or non-electronic systems.
• Payment Partner: a payment service provider cooperating with JCPlay to support payment systems in JCPlay services.
• BJCredits: credits in the User’s account that can be used to purchase products within JCPlay’s system and services.

Users

1. Users must read, understand, and comply with all policy rules in the JCPlay System when using or utilizing the platform.
2. Users must provide personal data accurately, honestly, and in accordance with their personal identity when using the system.
3. Users will notify JCPlay of changes to their personal data related to the use of JCPlay services from time to time.
4. Users must understand that account information details are confidential. Users are therefore not permitted to disclose account information or ownership identity to any third party.
5. Users are prohibited from using robots or similar tools for monitoring or copying any content in the JCPlay system.
6. Users are prohibited from using the JCPlay system for purposes that violate Indonesian law or the laws of other countries.
7. Users are deemed to understand all legal rules in the laws and regulations of Indonesia and commit to comply with all applicable legal provisions in Indonesia when using the JCPlay system.
8. When Users submit reports and/or public complaints regarding JCPlay services, such matters must be notified to JCPlay in good faith to resolve the issue.
9. JCPlay reserves the right to block use of the JCPlay system on a User’s account without prior notice if legal or normative violations are found.
10. Users are strictly prohibited from using JCPlay’s logo, images, or appearance for personal purposes without JCPlay’s knowledge.
11. Users acknowledge that JCPlay is not responsible for losses or problems arising from misuse of the account by the User due to the User’s negligence regarding their account, clicking links provided by others, or other negligence resulting in User losses.
12. Users state that all personal identity provided in the JCPlay system or services is their own and not that of another party.
13. Users are prohibited from using the JCPlay platform to retrieve, collect, or use other users’ personal data with the aim of violating the Privacy Policy or violating applicable laws in Indonesia.
14. Users are prohibited from taking actions that may affect, damage, or disrupt services and software used by other users in accessing the JCPlay system.
15. Users are prohibited from taking actions that are detrimental to the continuity of JCPlay’s business.
16. Users are prohibited from using JCPlay Services to falsify or disguise their identity as another party unlawfully.
17. Users must be over 13 years of age unless with parental consent.

Transactions

1. Users must follow the procedures and purchasing methods in the JCPlay system.
2. Users agree not to provide transaction proofs conducted in the JCPlay system to other parties. If losses occur due to disclosure of transaction proofs to other parties, full responsibility lies with the User.
3. Users understand that there may be additional fees on each payment channel as determined by Payment Partners.
4. Users will transfer funds according to the total transaction amount within the time limit set by the JCPlay system. If a transfer error occurs, JCPlay is not responsible for the losses experienced by the user.
5. If suspicious transactions conducted by the User are found, JCPlay reserves the right to pursue legal action.
6. Users state they will not involve JCPlay if fraud impersonating the JCPlay platform occurs due to the User’s negligence.
7. Users release JCPlay from any claims or compensation if the User experiences disputes with other Users.

Payments

1. In conducting transactions on JCPlay, Users use payment channels provided by Payment Partners including E-Wallet, QRIS, Virtual Account, and Convenience Store.
2. JCPlay also provides payment via BJCredit, which can be purchased through available bank transfers. BJCredit can only be used to purchase products on JCPlay and cannot be redeemed into cash or cashless funds.

Refunds

1. JCPlay does not accept refunds in the form of cash or cashless funds.
2. JCPlay will process refunds to Users in the form of BJCredit if the error originates from the JCPlay system.
3. Users agree that JCPlay, at its sole discretion, may provide refunds to protect against risks and losses that may occur if JCPlay assesses that the User’s transaction actions indicate fraud, legal violations, violations of the Terms of Service, or if the User’s account is suspected of being accessed by another party.
4. JCPlay reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel refunds in the form of BJCredit if violations of terms and conditions or law are found.

Promotions

1. JCPlay may conduct promotions at any time based on terms set by JCPlay.
2. JCPlay reserves the right to cancel promotions provided to Users without prior notice to Users for reasons of safety and comfort of other parties.

Dispute Resolution

1. JCPlay services are subject to the provisions stipulated in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Users agree to resolve disputes that may arise regarding JCPlay services through deliberation.
3. If deliberation and amicable resolution do not provide a solution, dispute resolution will be carried out through the Situbondo District Court, East Java.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold JCPlay harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, and legal costs brought by Third Parties arising from User errors or actions that violate applicable policies and laws.
